I agree to be responsible for myself and my guests while on the premises of Randy and Marilyn Taylor Property and or Taylor Rentals, Plus release them and "Hold them Harmless"of any liability during my stay. My guests and myself will treat the Property and cabin with respect and leave the cabin Property condition as instructed for departure.

A security deposit in the amount of $300 is due at time of final payment. This check will not be cashed unless damages occur or excessive cleaning is needed.  Your security deposit will be returned to you within two weeks after lease expiration less any amount deducted for damages or excessive cleaning.

Make a separate check payable to Taylor Rentals for security deposit.

Restrictions: No pets or smoking inside cabin or you will forfeit security deposit.

Upon receipt of your balance, security deposit and lease agreement (signed), directions to Table Rock Home will be mailed.
